First Blog Ever!

During the past week, I have designed my official website for this year after many unexpected issues with web designers. The process was very challenging because I have never created a website however, I was still able to come out successful by utilizing my resources to find different ways to maneuver through the conflicts. I have also created possible informational interview questions through my further research in Intellectual Property, specifically in accordance with the patent aspect. These questions were both general and specific. I studied 2 proposals, a joint proposal by the IPO and AIPLA as well as another proposal by the APA. These proposals discussed the definitions and restrictions made by Section 101. Fortunately, by reading through various articles I was able to further my knowledge in the guidelines and exceptions in determining whether an invention is patent-eligible. However, I am still unclear on the process of creating a patent which I hope to answer in next week’s research assessment. I plan on going out and purchasing my professional attire next week so I can be ready for business symposium as well as update my profile pic on LinkedIn with a professional shot. Additionally, I will begin my research in lawyers to contact and hope to start my official calling next week which I look forward to greatly. I am very pleased with my topic of choice this year as I find myself intrigued in each article and plan on focusing on a new area each week in order to further my knowledge in my field.
